Needham Art in Bloom 2025
Needham, MA, February 7, 2025: Celebrate the return of Spring with Needham Art in Bloom 2025. Beth Shalom Garden Club and the Needham High School Fine Arts Department are delighted to host the popular event on Saturday, March 8th from 9 AM – 5 PM and Sunday March 9th from 1 PM– 4 PM at the Needham Public Library. You don’t want to miss this free exhibit featuring 50 pieces of mixed media high school student artwork paired with beautiful imaginative floral arrangements designed by members of the Beth Shalom Garden Club and participants from Kalmia and Needham Garden Clubs.
“It’s an event that celebrates art and flowers that you don't want to miss.” recommend Linda Weisberg and Christine Sampson, Co-Chairs of Needham Art in Bloom 2025. “Bring a friend, a spouse, the whole family. Guests of all ages are welcome.”
This year’s event will also include live floral demonstrations on Saturday at 11 AM and Sunday at 1:30 PM in the Bosworth Room of the Library. Enjoy watching a floral designer take inspiration from a student’s artwork and create an arrangement using live flowers to build their own creative interpretation. And if you want to bring an arrangement home with you, there will be a select number of floral designs up for auction in the Community Room of the Library.
Visitors are encouraged to share their best floral/art photos on social media with #NeedhamArtinBloom2025 and tagging @bethshalomgardenclubofneedham on Facebook and @bethshalomgardenclub on Instagram.
Needham Art in Bloom 2024 welcomed approximately 2,700 people to the Needham Public Library to view more than 50 displays of art and flowers.
Now in its seventeenth year, Needham Art in Bloom 2025 is made possible by the contributions of lead sponsor Roche Bros. and the generous support of The Goldin Foundation for Excellence in Education and the Sue Kaplan Needham Art in Bloom Fund. Beth Shalom Garden Club appreciates the continued annual commitment of its sponsors to this community favorite event.
Needham Art in Bloom is modeled after the annual springtime exhibit Art in Bloom presented by the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Beth Shalom Garden Club’s goal is to host an annual community event that engages people of all ages, interests and life experiences.
